We're replacing our existing Jottacloud Business plans with two new plans:
- Small - For one- or two-person businesses
- Large - For businesses with three or more employees
Why are we making the changes?
We have listened to our customers. The changes in our subscriptions reflect how our users demand and use Jottacloud for business.
Yearly renewal: When will the new plans take effect?
If your team is billed annually, your new plan will take effect on your annual renewal date in 2018.
For example, if your renewal date is December 31, then your new plan takes effect December 31, 2018. Until that date, your existing plan will remain the same, with no changes to your pricing or storage.
Monthly renewal: When will the new plans take effect?
If your team is billed monthly, your new plan will take effect on the first day of your monthly renewal after January 16th, 2018.
For example, if your renewal date is on the 29th of the month, your new plan takes effect on January 29, 2018. Until that date, your existing plan will remain the same with no changes to your pricing or storage.
Will my current price increase?
If your business is currently using the old Jottacloud Basic subscription with 100 GB of storage, you will get a small price increase. This reflects the large amount of extra storage you will receive (1000 GB).
For customers who have purchased extra storage, the prices will decrease.
Which subscription will I get after my next renewal?
If you have an existing Free business account, nothing will change.
If you have a business subscription with two or less users, you will be moved to Jottacloud Business Small.
If you have a business subscription with three or more users, you will be moved to Jottacloud Business Large.
If you have signed up after the new plans were introduced, nothing will change.
Can I purchase more user seats on the Small plan?
No, if you want to add more than two users to your business account, try the Large plan, which gives you unlimited number of users.
