How to remove members from a Home subscription

Remove members from your Jottacloud Home subscription.

Only the Home subscription owner can remove members from the subscription. 

How to remove members from your Home Subscription:

  1. Login to jottacloud.com and go to Settings from the main menu

  2. Go to Family members

  3. Press Edit to the right of the member's name

  4. Confirm that you want to remove the person, in the pop-up dialog

When you remove a member from your Home subscription, all files in their user account will remain saved. The user will automatically be transitioned to a Personal subscription that expires in 10 days.

During this 10-day period, the user can choose to cancel the subscription or add payment details to continue with their own subscription beyond the trial period.
