By following these steps you can remove users from your Business subscription.
Start by logging into an Admin account at www.jottacloud.com.
In the left-hand menu, click on your registered Business name.
Within the Business page, you should have a "Users" tab at the top.
Find the user you wish to remove, click the cogwheel icon next to their name, and select "Remove User".
Tick the box to confirm the removal of the user's data and permissions.
Click "Confirm" to finalize the process.
