Removing users from your Business Account

By following these steps you can remove users from your Business subscription.

  • Start by logging into an Admin account at www.jottacloud.com.

  • In the left-hand menu, click on your registered Business name.

  • Within the Business page, you should have a "Users" tab at the top.

  • Find the user you wish to remove, click the cogwheel icon next to their name, and select "Remove User".

  • Tick the box to confirm the removal of the user's data and permissions.

  • Click "Confirm" to finalize the process.
