In this article we look at how to save Word documents directly to Jottacloud.

To save documents directly to Jottacloud you must have enabled Jottacloud in the Files app on your iPhone or iPad, and have Microsoft Word installed.

How to save new Word documents to Jottacloud

  1. When in Word, click the menu in the top right corner

  2. Click "Save"

  3. Name your document and select "Files App" as storage option

  4. Click on Jottacloud and select where in Jottacloud you would like to save the document - Archive, Backup or Sync

  5. Save to an existing or new folder

    Save to existing folder
    Select the folder you want to save the document to by clicking it. Then click "Move" in the top right corner.



    Save to new folder
    Click the new folder icon in the upper right corner. Give the folder a name and click "Done". Then click "Move" in the top right corner to save the document to the new folder.

  6. Lastly, click "Done" in the top left corner

    Your new document has now been saved and uploaded to Jottacloud.
