In this article we look at how to save Excel spreadsheets directly to Jottacloud.

To save spreadsheets directly to Jottacloud, you must have enabled Jottacloud in the Files app on your iPhone or iPad, and have Microsoft Excel installed.

How to save new Excel spreadsheets to Jottacloud

  1. When in Excel, click the menu in the top right corner

  2. Click "Save"

  3. Name your spreadsheet and select "Files App" as storage option

  4. Click on Jottacloud and select where in Jottacloud you would like to save the spreadsheet - Archive, Backup or Sync

  5. Save the spreadsheet to an existing or new folder


    Save to existing folder
    Select the folder you want to save the spreadsheet to by clicking it. Then click "Move" in the top right corner


    Your new spreadsheet has now been saved and uploaded to Jottacloud.

    Save to new folder
    Click the new folder icon in the upper right corner. Give the folder a name and click "Done". Then click "Move" in the top right corner to save the spreadsheet to the new folder


    Your new spreadsheet has now been saved and uploaded to Jottacloud.
