How to download files using a web browser.

Updated yesterday

Downloading files via a web browser is convenient, especially when you're traveling or need quick access to your files and don't have access to our apps.

How to Download Files:

  1. Single File: To download a single file, simply select it in our web application and click the "Download" button. The file will be saved to your browser's default download location.

  2. Multiple Files/Folders: If you select multiple files or entire folders, the web application will bundle them into a ZIP file before downloading. After downloading, you will need to unzip the file to access its contents.

Important Note: Downloading large files or folders as ZIP files can be slow and sometimes unreliable. You might encounter issues where the download times out or fails to start. If this happens, try downloading again. If the problem persists, we suggest using our desktop application, which is more reliable for large downloads.
