You can browse and download files directly to your phone or tablet with our mobile apps for iOS and Android.
You can do this from both the Files and Photos section of our apps.
In the Files section you can navigate your folder structure like you can on a computer. Simply tap on the file to open it. The app will download the file to you phone, and open a preview if the filetype is supported. If we do not support the filetype, the app will open a dialog where you can select a different app to open the file.
How to download photo(s) in the iOS application
Press an image in the timeline to open it. You can then press the three dots at the top right, and then "Download" to download the image.
How to download multiple photos in the iOS application
Open the photo timeline and press the checkmark button in the top right corner.
You can now select multiple photos by clicking them in the timeline.
To download the photos press the three dots at the bottom right corner, then press the download button.
The photos will be downloaded to you photos app.
How to download photos in the Android application
Press and hold an image to select it. This opens the selection menu where you can also slect more photos. Press the download button at the top of the application to download the image(s)
Note: You can not download entire folders to your phone.
