You can start a new Jottacloud subscription and manage it through iTunes Store or Play Store, depending on your device. You can also always change your subscription plan or billing cycle to your storage needs.
Start a new Jottacloud subscription on your iPhone or iPad:
Go to Settings in the Jottacloud app.
Tap Buy a subscription under your name.
Tap on the subscription you want to learn more about. A screen with more information will appear.
Tap the buy button and verify with your Apple ID. Your registered card iTunes Store will be charged.
You will now see your active subscription on the Settings screen.
Start a new Jottacloud subscription on your Android phone:
Go to Settings in the Jottacloud app.
Tap Subscriptions.
In the list of available subscriptions, tap to learn more about each one. A screen with more information will appear.
Tap the buy button and verify with your Google account. Your registered card in Play Store will be charged.
You will now see your active subscription on the Subscriptions screen.
Which Jottacloud subscription do I need?
Most people start with 50 GB storage and upgrade when they need more (we will notify you). 50 GB is enough to backup your phone’s content and make sure still have space as you capture more photos and videos.
If you want the whole family to have storage you will want Jottacloud Home 1 TB. This will allow you to invite five family members to Jottacloud who each get their own private space.
Your Jottacloud subscription will automatically renew until you choose to cancel.
