Reconnect an App Store subscription to Jottacloud

How to restore your mobile subscription bought through Apple’s App Store.

If you bought your Jottacloud subscription through Apple’s App Store, the subscription may sometimes need to be restored in the Jottacloud app. This can happen if you reinstall the app, change device, or if your active App Store subscription is not shown correctly in Jottacloud.

Restoring the subscription does not create a new purchase. It checks whether your Apple account has an active Jottacloud subscription and connects it to your Jottacloud user.

Tap "Buy subscription"

Tap "Restore subscription".
