Jottacloud offers subscriptions through our mobile apps. The payments for these subscriptions go through Google/Apple, and any changes to the subscriptions need to be handled through these services.
How to cancel your Jottacloud subscription in Google Play
Open the Google Play app on your device
Tap the profile icon in the top right corner
Tap Payments and Subscriptions
Select your Jottacloud subscription
Cancel the subscription
You’ll receive an email to your Google account (gmail) to confirm your cancellation, and your Jottacloud account will be terminated at the end of your billing cycle. Learn more in Google’s help center.
How to cancel your Jottacloud subscription in App Store
Open App Store on your device
Tap the profile icon in the top right corner
Tap Subscriptions
Select your Jottacloud subscription
Cancel the subscription
Please note that subscriptions purchased through the mobile app differ slightly from those available on the Jottacloud website.
If you wish to switch to a subscription available on our website, you will need to:
Cancel your current subscription through the mobile app.
Contact Jottacloud Support, and we will assist you in setting up your new subscription.
