In this article we look at how to upload attachments from Jottacloud through the Files-app on iPhone and iPad. How you upload attachments will vary in different communication apps, but how you select to upload from Jottacloud will be the same.
To upload attachments from Jottacloud, you must have activated Jottacloud in the Files app. You can read more about how to activate here.
How to upload attachments from Jottacloud
Select Jottacloud from "Locations"
You can automatically be taken to iCloud Drive when you try to upload attachments. If you are taken straight to iCloud Drive or somewhere other than Jottacloud, click "Browse" in the top left corner. You will then get an overview of all your locations
Select where in Jottacloud you want to upload the attachment from - Archive, Backup or Sync
Click the file you want to add as attachment
You will now be taken back to the communication app and see the attachment.
