Our Cloud offers archiving for storing data only in the cloud. Content stored in the Archive can be deleted locally, to save storage on your computer or another connected device.
Note that it is not possible to set up automatic archiving, you will have to upload manually each time.

How to Archive from our desktop application
Open the application and go to Files
Go to Archive
Click "Upload to Archive"
Select files and/or folders to upload

How to Archive from our web page and mobile app
There are two ways of archiving files in our mobile app and when logged into our web page;
By moving or copying files and/or folders from Sync and Backup
By uploading files and/or folders directly to the Archive from your device
Move or copy files and/or folders from Sync and Backup
Login to our webpage or open the mobile app, then go to Files from the main menu
Select files and/or folders from Sync or Backup
Click "Move" or "Copy"
Select Archive
In this step, it is possible to create a new folder in the Archive under which the files and/or folders are to be stored.Confirm
Note that "Move" is not available from Backup. This is to prevent customers from canceling important automatic backups. You need to "Copy" to Archive, then delete files/folders from Backup to avoid storing both places.
Upload files and/or folders from your device
Login to our webpage or open the mobile app, then go to Files from the main menu
Go to Archive
Click the plus button
Select files and/or folders to upload

Note that for optimal reliability, we recommend using the desktop application for large uploads, as it ensures a stable and efficient transfer compared to the web page.
